Gay knw Bob Briner, the DQ owner. The sign was being removed in August 1999 while Gay was there. Briner's friend Norman Arnold, is in blue on the rooftop, other man is unknown. Bob is the one waving.

Newspaper reveiw in 2022 had only one ad or article 1964 that the company no longer existed. Found on internet search that the Florida Domestic Corporation # is 112881 and that the incorporation papers were filed on January 17, 1927.
